  • Return Policy

    Hey there! We want to ensure you have the best experience with our products. Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, including sale items. Once goods are returned or opened, we can’t restock them.

    No Returns on Sale Items

    Before using our products, please take a moment to read all the directions on the label and our website to ensure proper application.

  • Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Orders

    Unfortunately, Sugar Lash Beauty is not responsible for orders that are lost, damaged, or stolen. If there are any issues with incorrect addresses or undeliverable orders, these will be the customer's responsibility. For any questions or concerns once you have your tracking information, please contact USPS/UPS directly.

  • Cancelling an Order

    Need to cancel an order? No problem! Just email us at sugarlashloungee@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, we can’t cancel it.

  • Order Processing & Shipping

    Orders are processed within 1-4 business days after being placed and then shipped out.
